AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY TO RECOGNIZE TEAM LEADERS
FOR THEIR COMMITMENT TO FIGHTING BREAST CANCER
THROUGH MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER
 Celebration Kicks Off Local Preparations for Breast Cancer Awareness Event
 
WHAT: Lexus of Melbourne, Presenting Sponsor, and Mike and Mindy from Lite Rock 99.3 will be hosting breast cancer survivors and local business leaders to share their stories at an inspirational kickoff celebration for the American Cancer Society’s 6th annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® event. Making Strides is a noncompetitive 5K walk to raise awareness and funds to fight breast cancer and to provide hope to all people facing the disease. Last year, more than 500,000 walkers raised more than $50 million to support the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer research programs and local services for patients and their families.
